ROC WARRIORS…
The ROC Warriors program serves veterans who would like to experience the joy and healing restoration of helping others. The ROC Warriors will learn disability awareness, the principles of wheelchair seating, and wheelchair maintenance. They will build and assemble at least 50 wheelchairs in preparation for an expedition to Nepal, where they will help deliver each wheelchair to children with disabilities. ROC Warriors will receive intensive relationally based recovery support and personal development throughout the six month program from the organization, Finding Freedom. The final celebration will consist of an expedition into the Himalayas.
ROC WHEELS
ROC Wheels’ missions is defined as the desire to mobilize people with disabilities in developing countries and to foster partnerships through ministry, youth empowerment, wheelchair distributions, manufacturing opportunities, product development, and educational growth. We aim to equip people locally in order to serve people globally.
