Meet the new home of Finding Freedom

Our community has been blessed with a beautiful 10 acre property we call “The Landing”.  Nestled between Bozeman and Belgrade this space allows us to offer a safe place for folk to come and to provide us with a base for our work. The Landing is the hub, not only of our work in the Gallatin Valley, but across the USA, and to help people pursue their quest for healing and wholeness; emotionally, spiritually, relationally. In these challenging times, emotional fragility is sadly increasing. The need for this ministry has never been greater.

Our new property is ideal in so many ways:

* Prime location
* Land to expand into
* Centrally located between the Bozeman and Belgrade communities
* Plenty of space for parking
* Space for the Finding Freedom meeting rooms and office
* 10-acres of well-cared-for land and gardens 

This property includes:

• Outstanding home on acreage, centrally located between Bozeman and Belgrade.
• No known covenants, so the possibilities for this property are endless!
• A home with individual meeting rooms, kitchen, and a common area for group meetings
• An extra meeting space above the two car garage
• Multiple enclosed outbuildings serve a variety of functions including a chicken coop (which blesses our chickens!)
• We have a ‘barn’, 30×75, which we have begun developing as a meeting space for the community. We have a new roof and a new concrete floor. Next comes heating, lighting and septic when funding allows, with 7-8 small group rooms and a cafe area for community members to meet. This is a priority project as funding permits.   
• A recently installed solar array, helping us to significantly reduce our utility costs.
• Fenced and cross fenced with multiple pasture areas. Includes water rights for irrigation.
• A garden area and orchard, with trees for privacy around periphery of the property.
• A 3/4 mile trail through the trees and pasture with magnificent views

Amazing provision:

• We celebrate the donations of $445,000 from very generous community members and other donors which, together with a mortgage, allowed us to purchase the property in 2020.

Next steps: 

We are looking for donations that will help us cover the cost of providing this space to our community. You can make a gift here to our Property Fund. 

We are also looking to raise funds for the ongoing development of the barn, to give us a space where the community can meet together and to provide some much-needed small group rooms. Phase 1 is completed thanks to amazing in-kind donations from community members. Phase 2 will be the heating, lighting and septic. You can make a gift here to our Barn Development Fund.
