DESCRIPTION:We have some exciting news about new developments in our Women’s Rapha Groups! Here is some introductory information and an invite to an event in January. You are welcome whether you are in a group or not. \nWe are All Unique in How We Journey!Not all of us are looking for the same type of support in a group. Some of us want to use a group to pursue homework and engage emotion and some of us don’t. When we have different expectations\, it can feel unsafe\, both for those who desire to do work in the group and those who do not. We know this has impacted a number of groups in our community. If this has been your experience\, we want to acknowledge how difficult that may have been and we want to say sorry. We’ve been working on a better way. \nJoin Us…We have given a lot of thought to what will help us grow and we have some great ideas. We think more people might want to join or rejoin groups. If you are in a group at the moment\, this is going to help make group a better experience. We are inviting you to join us at The Commons or online\, 10:00am-noon on Saturday\, January 8. We will chat about the changes so that you (and your group\, if you have one) can decide what would be best.
